After Betty’s family was transferred in 1996 to Memphis from Louisiana, she came to Gateway seeking help finding a job. Her background was concentrated in customer service before her arrival at Gateway’s front door.  Betty started out as our office receptionist with her warm smile and friendly voice. Her duties have since grown to Payroll & Billing Administrator and assisting in back office functions.
