After graduating from the University of Mississippi, Manley began his professional career with a large, international recruiting firm. After nearly three years with them, he began his career with Gateway Group Personnel. Manley joined Gateway Group Personnel in July of 2000.
 
Although his primary focus is placing Accounting and Finance professionals, he also recruits professionals in Human Resource, Information Technology, Operations Management and Marketing.
 
His clients include Fortune 50 to privately-held corporations in manufacturing, distribution, transportation, public accounting firms, pharmaceutical, financial services and as well as several other industries. He has been recognized by the Tennessee Society of Personnel Services as a “Top Producer”.
 
He is an active board Memphis of the Rebel Club of Memphis. He is married and has 3 children. He enjoys doing anything with his kids, reading, coaching sports, and playing golf.
