Patricia, a native Memphian, joined Gateway Group Personnel in 1999.  She still likes to tell anyone who will listen, especially at our annual holiday party, about one of the greatest days in her life, the day she stepped into Gateway’s office seeking job placement.   As fate would have it she was lucky enough to meet Darlene Haddad, the founding partner of Gateway Group Personnel, who hired Patricia as Office Administrator for Gateway. 

Patricia’s career spans over thirty years, focusing on finance and accounting.  In 2007 Patricia was promoted to Controller.  She oversees the daily operations and company practices of Gateway Group Personnel.
