Ron Franks joined Gateway Group Personnel in 1998.  Upon graduating from the University of Memphis with a degree in Accounting, he began his professional career with a regional public accounting firm, Rhea & Ivy PLC - recently merged with Dixon Hughes. His clients included companies in the service, manufacturing, automotive, real estate, and healthcare industries. After six years in public accounting, Ron began his career in professional search and placement.  He currently manages the firm's Permanent Search division while maintaining an active desk servicing Fortune 100 to smaller companies in recruitment of the accounting, finance, and human resource disciplines.  
 
Ron is a member of the Pinnacle Society, the nation's premier consortium of top recruiters within the permanent placement and search industry.  He serves as the golf committee chairman for the Tennessee Society of CPA's - Memphis Chapter.  He also stays busy coaching basketball, baseball, and football throughout the year with the Germantown Youth Athletic Association.
