Manager, Financial Reporting (Job 20839)

The Manger of Financial Reporting is responsible for assisting in the oversight of all aspects of accounting and reporting for the entire organization and preparation of financial reports, both external and internal. This includes providing financial data to members of management to assist in their responsibilities and aid in decision making, while helping to ensure the accuracy/completeness and US GAAP compliance of all SEC filings. Additionally, the Manager of Financial Reporting is responsible for supporting other functions within the Corporate office (e.g. Finance, Tax, Legal, Human Resources, IT etc.). More detailed job description available. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required. Four to six years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience necessary, including SEC reporting or Big 4 public accounting involving SEC reporting experience. Bilingual Customer Service Rep (Job 22020)

We are seeking applicants for two Bilingual Customer Service Representative positions in Memphis. One position is temp to hire with a pay rate of $18-19 an hour and a work schedule of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, the other position is permanent with a salary range of 40-43K and work schedule of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Job duties include the following: Act as the company representative for external cash-bearing customers, internal agents and sales personnel. Receives, audits and follows-up on customer orders and inquiries while providing a variety of additional support services. Works pro-actively to resolve any customer satisfaction barriers, complaints and issues. Processes all internal orders, Purchase Orders / Dropships to Vendors Expedites and follows up on orders and special requests. Coordinates daily traffic requirements when needed. Job Requirements include: At least 3 years of customer service experience Must be fluent in English and Spanish (testing on fluency will be part of the interview process) Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook High School Diploma (Associates degree in Business preferred) 10 key speed of at least 6,000 keystrokes per hour
