We are seeking applicants for two Bilingual Customer Service Representative positions in Memphis.
One position is temp to hire with a pay rate of $18-19 an hour and a work schedule of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, the other position is permanent with a salary range of 40-43K and work schedule of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Job duties include the following:
Act as the company representative for external cash-bearing customers, internal agents and sales personnel.
Receives, audits and follows-up on customer orders and inquiries while providing a variety of additional support services.
Works pro-actively to resolve any customer satisfaction barriers, complaints and issues.
Processes all internal orders, Purchase Orders / Dropships to Vendors
Expedites and follows up on orders and special requests.
Coordinates daily traffic requirements when needed.
Job Requirements include:
At least 3 years of customer service experience
Must be fluent in English and Spanish (testing on fluency will be part of the interview process)
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
High School Diploma (Associates degree in Business preferred)
10 key speed of at least 6,000 keystrokes per hour
