Bilingual Customer Service Rep (Job 22020)

We are seeking applicants for two Bilingual Customer Service Representative positions in Memphis. One position is temp to hire with a pay rate of $18-19 an hour and a work schedule of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, the other position is permanent with a salary range of 40-43K and work schedule of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Job duties include the following: Act as the company representative for external cash-bearing customers, internal agents and sales personnel. Receives, audits and follows-up on customer orders and inquiries while providing a variety of additional support services. Works pro-actively to resolve any customer satisfaction barriers, complaints and issues. Processes all internal orders, Purchase Orders / Dropships to Vendors Expedites and follows up on orders and special requests. Coordinates daily traffic requirements when needed. Job Requirements include: At least 3 years of customer service experience Must be fluent in English and Spanish (testing on fluency will be part of the interview process) Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook High School Diploma (Associates degree in Business preferred) 10 key speed of at least 6,000 keystrokes per hour

Copywriter (Job 22000)

We have a client seeking an experienced Copywriter for a temporary position expected to last 3 months. This position is remote, and 5 years of experience as a full time copywriter is required. This position will be 40 hour week, and the pay rate is $40-45 an hour depending on experience. Job duties will include positioning and messaging through all brand areas (including print, web, social media, events, B2B and B2C marketing collateral, internal marketing, etc.), and effectively communicate the strategic intent for each tactic. Working along other team members to conceive, develop and produce effective marketing and advertising campaigns, craft creative strategies, concepts, headlines, slogans, catchphrases, straplines and body copy for campaigns. This position will also provide scriptwriting and internal communications pieces when necessary. The most common type of projects are banner ads, emails, fact sheets, social content (planned stories, posts and also real-time), branding projects and large campaigns.
